Due to the legislation that occurred in the spring legislative session and the most recent court case that removed the non-enforcement ruling by the state attorney general, we can no longer provide gender affirming care to anyone under the age of 18 in the state of Oklahoma.

Diversity Family Health can continue to provide services at our Little Rock Arkansas locations for those that wish to travel there. To continue services please go to book an appointment and set up a new patient appointment with the Little Rock office.
