Radona George APRN-CNP, FNP-BC  is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. George graduated a semester early at the top of her class, earning a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Simmons University in 2015. 

After graduation Radona joined OU Physician’s in Maternal Fetal Medicine/Prenatal Diagnostics where she provided high risk obstetric care. She then went on to be a Primary Care Manager and Urgent Care Provider for the Department of Defense under the Department of the Army. She has also served as a clinical instructor/preceptor for Nurse Practitioner Students throughout her career.

Radona specializes in hormone therapy, women’s health, and sexual health and wellness. Her goal is to provide inclusive, compassionate, comprehensive care to people from all walks of life.

Provider & Founder/CEO

Russell Rooms, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in the medical field and a Nurse Practitioner since 2004. He has a Master's degree from the University of Texas as an Emergency Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Post Masters degree as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Most recently Russell completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a concentration in community and public health  at Oklahoma City University where he focused on the prevention and treatment of anal cancers in men who have sex with men. 

Russell specializes in conditions that effect the LGBTQ+ community with experience and training in gender affirming care, and HIV prevention and treatment. Russell also specializes in HPV related anal neoplasia and trained in high resolution anoscopy.

Amy has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, working as a phlebotomist and medical assistance. 

Amy is a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and is very excited to be on the Diversity Family Health team. 

Outside of work Amy enjoys hanging out with her dog named Sushi, reading, listening to music and trying new restaurants.

With 17 years of experience in healthcare, including 8 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Jasmine brings both expertise and compassion to the community we serve. As the first welcoming face and voice you’ll encounter at Diversity Family Health, she is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment and ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
