Kimberly Hill, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in the medical field and a Nurse Practitioner since 2013.  She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Family, from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.  Kim has trained with Dr. William Powers for gender-affirming hormone treatment care.

Kim founded Pinnacle Health Partners in 2018, focusing on LGBTQ+ care. The practice has grown to over 500 patients, with about 85% of them being in the LGBTQ+ community.  With a desire to provide more services, she connected with Russell Rooms in 2023; they developed a plan to merge Pinnacle Health Partners with Russell's model and create the first Diversity Family Health clinic in Arkansas.

Kim specializes in gender affirming care for all ages, HIV prevention and treatment, and helping all patients reach their wellness goals. Alpha gal allergy is a research and practice interest for her also.  She plans to sit for the HIV Specialist Certification in the summer, 2023.

Kim looks forward to providing compassionate, world-class care to the LBGTQ+ community.

Russell Rooms, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in the medical field and a Nurse Practitioner since 2004. He has a Master's degree from the University of Texas as an Emergency Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Post Masters degree as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Most recently Russell completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a concentration in community and public health  at Oklahoma City University where he focused on the prevention and treatment of anal cancers in men who have sex with men. 

Russell specializes in conditions that effect the LGBTQ+ community with experience and training in gender affirming care, and HIV prevention and treatment. Russell also specializes in HPV related anal neoplasia and trained in high resolution anoscopy.

Corey Greene is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 12 years in the medical field. Corey is a lifelong learner with 3 undergraduate degrees, and he received a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2023. Corey is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Centers (a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association) in Adult Gerontology Primary Care, as well as Ambulatory Care, and he is committed to providing compassionate and individualized care to his patients aged 13 years through older adults. He will sit for his Nurse Executive Advanced board certification in October 2024.

Throughout his career, Corey has had the privilege of working with diverse populations and gaining valuable insights into various medical conditions and treatments. He is anxious to grow in his knowledge and training to promote preventive and comprehensive health care in the LGBTQ+ community. Corey’s passion for medicine stems from a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others and to help them achieve their optimal health and well-being. He takes a patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing active listening, open communication, and shared decision-making that creates a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel safe discussing their concerns and healthcare goals. Corey remains dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and evidence-based practices to ensure that his patients receive the most effective and appropriate care. In his free time he likes to run on his treadmill, spend time with his 3 schnauzers (Titus Augustus, Hercules, and Praxis), and watch Star Trek!
